Our compact, self-serve retail amenity is designed to live inside residential communities without hassle. We partner with developers to pilot modern, access-controlled convenience shops that bring everyday essentials directly into the neighborhood, without the complexity of traditional retail.

The program is designed to be low-risk, collaborative, and flexible.

We are intentionally launching Toogoo Mart through a small number of pilot installations. This allows us to collaborate closely with developers to validate placement, usage patterns, and operational flow before broader rollout.
